Entrace

Entrace is a thrash metal band from Yaroslavl', Russia. Formed in 2011 in Yaroslavl' by two guitarists Alexander Eremeev and Mikhail Novikov, who were soon joined by Alexander's younger brother, Igor, on drums. The band was given name Shattered, almost immediately started to write their own songs, and opportunities to play first live shows appeared as well. For playing live they temporarily hired bassist Vasiliy Koloskov and vocalist Ilya Demeshkevitch, and just before the gig shortened band's name to Shatter. With this line-up they played their first show on 27th of September 2011 in Moscow. During the year of concert activities the line-up changed several times, and this delayed the song recording. In summer 2012 vocalist Stanislav Gordeyev joined the band, also performing the bassist's duties, and firmly fit into the team. After playing several shows and revising the previously written material, the band started to write their first EP. This caused a need to change the name of the band again, because there were already bands named Shatter, and after long searches and thinking solution unexpectedly came by itself: Entrace.
