Zoch

Zoch is a Russian rock band from Moscow, formed in July 14, 2017

It began in 2010, when Gary St started playing guitar and drew the first group logo in biology class. By 2015, he started working on sound recording as he wanted to use all opportunities for creativity directly. He recorded a large number of demos using various libraries and tools.

On August 30, 2015 Gary met Andy Rowe at the Linkin Park concert. Having traded looks, Gary said "It seems I saw you somewhere before", and immediately got the answer "Sure you did". As it turned out, they studied at the same university. After a while, Gary asked Andy to join the band and together they started taking up the old demos. In the same year, Mark Jonathan joined the band. Mark came to the Gary's home studio with another local band and after the recording Gary invited him to play together.

The guys began to take their musical interests more seriously. They started recording and producing songs at Gary's project studio in 2016. On July 14, 2017, Zoch Facebook page was created and the band officially announced its foundation.

The music was influenced by bands such as Muse, Linkin Park, Bring Me The Horizon, Thirty Seconds To Mars, Breaking Benjamin, Celldweller, Jack White, Buckethead, IAMX, Tool and others.

The band has been working on their music for several years, which it plans to release starting in 2020.
