About festival Edinburgh Summer Sessions 2024


No persons under 14 permitted. Persons aged 14 and 15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult 21 and over (1 adult minimum per 4 persons aged 14 and 15 years old) A max of 4 tickets per person and per household applies for the presale rising to a max of 6 tickets per person and per household for the general sale. Tickets in excess of this will be cancelled. A challenge 25 policy will be in operation at the bars ensuring access is restricted to persons 18 and over. Proof of age may be required so please bring acceptable photographic ID. Acceptable Photo ID - UK/International Full or Provisional Driving Licence UK/International Passport National Proof of Age Standards Scheme card with the PASS hologram (Young Scot, CitizenCard, My ID Card) Must have a PASS hologram on it. The PASS hologram must not be faded or tampered with. If there is an issue with the PASS hologram on your ID, you should apply for a replacement via the issuing authority as it will not be accepted.

About the festival headliner - Catfish and The Bottlemen

Catfish and the Bottlemen are a British rock band, formed in Llandudno, Wales in 2007. Their debut album, The Balcony, reached number 10 in the UK Albums Chart and achieved Platinum status on 30 December 2016. The band have toured in South America, Japan, UK, Europe, North America, and Australia and have featured in a number of festivals including Lollapalooza, Glastonbury, Latitude, Community festival, Reading and Leeds, T in the Park, Governors Ball and Bonnaroo. They won a Brit Award for British Breakthrough act on 24 February 2016. On 27 May 2016, they released their second album, The Ride.
