Stillbirth from Hagen, Germany started in 1999 by ex-guitar player Lukas Swiaczny and plays a blend of Death Metal, Grindcore, and Deathcore. In 2002, Stillbirth put out its first CD "Happy Stillbirth Party". After some people left and a pause between 2004 and 2007, Stillbirth came back with new people and strong songs for the split CDs “Supreme Brutal Legions 3” (Vrykoblast Recs / Singapore) and “Soldiers of Death” (Deathstar Recs. / USA)
With “Plakative Agressionen” their second full album came out in 2009 (Rotten Roll Rex / Germany). That year, Stillbirth also hit the stage in Eastern Europe for the first time. For the next 2 years the band went around and showed off the record until they put out the 3rd album “Endgame is Near” (Deafground Recs./ Germany) in 2011. In 2015, Stillbirth put out their 4th album “Global Error” (Rising Nemesis Records). After “Global Error” came out, Stillbirth did a Full USA Tour. Two months later, they went on a full Europe Tour.
A big moment came when Stillbirth signed a deal with “Unique Leader Records” from the USA. The 5th Album “Annihilation of Mankind” was a new step for Stillbirth. The next album “Back to the Stoned Age” will be out in August 2019 and will be a new recording of the best songs from the old CDs.
