Brown Note

Brown Note.. is the 3rd incarnation of a group of four exceptionally talented musicians based in Moore, Oklahoma... Two previous incarnations - now referred to as the "Messenger & Dominion" eras, produced two albums of Christian rock. The group was successful and was featured on a local christian radio station, earning a 1 rating on their show "Underground Uncovered". However, as is the case for many young groups, the band fell prey to that able opponent - life... After some life lessons, educations, careers and families were arranged, time eventually presented an opportunity to play music together again. With a revived energy for creating music, a new direction and the wisdom of time - Brown Note was born... Brown Note has harnessed the talent of its individual members to create high-energy live performances consisting of original compositions and artistic reproductions of cover material.

Brown Note plays a wide variety of music that includes rock, classic rock, standards, current hits and blues... The members of Brown Note have been performing live shows together all over Oklahoma since 1987. Next time you need that special kind of music for your function they can fit the bill.

Brown Note has a repertoire of over 200 songs, usually take special requests and welcomes audience participation!.. The new EP album entitled .."Sounds From The Water Closet".., which showcases 6 of the groups original compositions will be availabe for purchase in the near future. The album is in it's final stages and is self-produced under their independent label: Dominion Productions & Sound... Songs for their next release,.."Number 2".. have already been composed - so there seems to be "no end in sight" for this group!
