Serenity in Murder

Serenity In Murder is a Japanese symphonic death metal band from Tokyo, Japan.

They released their debut album in 2011 (available through SPIRITUAL BEAST/UNIVERSAL MUSIC). The debut album, “The First Frisson Of The World”, received positive responses from not only within Japan, but from all over the world.

After many headlining tours around their home country of Japan, shows with Origin (US), Aborted (Belgium), Mors Principium Est (Finland), Lazarus A.D. (US) among others, and a headlining show in Taiwan, the band went straight back into the studio to lay down their second album "The Highest Of Dystopia", which was released March 2015.

"The Highest Of Dystopia" received high critical acclaim and peaked at number 13 in Japan's official independent music charts. The band continued to tour up and down Japan until entering the studio again to recording their third album.

In February 2017, The Band released 3rd Full Album "THE ECLIPSE" exclusively in Japan.

"THE ECLIPSE" got number 47 in Japan's official major music charts and got 10 in independent music charts.
