About Catalepsia
Catalepsia is a gothic doom metal band from Riga, Latvia. There is no official date of band's birth but its story began in 2005 when Catalepsia's founder Ervīns Francs decided to make something out of his guitar playing and found people who held the same views. In fall 2015 the band released its debut album World of Cliché which has been awarded as the best Latvian metal music album of 2015 by Latvian Metal Music Awards.
