After many years of posturing about recording an album of covers, The Screaming Jets & MMM recently announced the recording of a new album, titled “Gotcha Covered”. A collection of the bands favorite Aussie tunes to be recorded with the Jets trademark ‘pedal to the metal’ rock n roll character.Tickets are now on sale for Fri 3rd, Sat 4th & Sun 5th August at Sydney’s most iconic rock venue The Bridge Hotel in Rozelle . Fans will get a special opportunity to see the boys play these songs live for the first time. N.B. Sat 4th is now only Door SalesLimited to three shows only at The Bridge, The Jets will showcase the new album over 2 nights and now also, by popular demand, Sunday arvo.These 3 shows will be the only time that fans can see the band play 2 sets (with no support), showcasing the “Gotcha Covered” album as well as a full set of the Jets hit, classics and anything else they throw into the mix on the night… As any Jets fan will know, the live shows are unpredictable and frenetic… These will be no exception to the rule…

About The Screaming Jets

The Screaming Jets are an Australian hard rock band formed in Newcastle, Australia in 1989 by front man Dave Gleeson (vocals), Paul Woseen (bass guitar), Grant Walmsley (guitar), Richard Lara (guitar) and Brad Heaney (drums). The band has three albums that peaked in the top five on the Australian ARIA Charts, All for One (1991), Tear of Thought (1992) and The Screaming Jets (1995). Their 1991 single, "Better", reached No. 4 on the related singles chart. Walmsley left in 2007 and formed his own band. In 2013, bassist Paul Woseen released an acoustic solo album, Bombido.
