Psyclon Nine is an American Industrial metal, Aggrotech, Electronic, Black Metal band formed in 2000 in San Francisco, CA.
Psyclon Nine's main music contributor is lead vocalist, lyricist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Nero Bellum, who is the only remaining original member.
Psyclon Nine is known for their unique blend of both Electronic, Industrial Metal and Black Metal.
Originally Psyclon Nine consisted of mostly Electronic, and Aggrotech. However the band has evolved into a more Industrial Metal, Black Metal band.
In 2009, Psyclon Nine's fourth album We the Fallen was the bands first, and only album to chart on the Billboard Charts.
In recent years, Psyclon Nine has gone through many legal controversies that damaged that bands reputation, and left the band to go on hiatus.
As of 2017 Psyclon Nine has reformed and is currently writing material for a new album. Later in the year they headlined a tour Infektion Divinium with bands: Echo Black, Generation Empty, and Novarium. During this tour they had a fill-in drummer Brandon "Rage" Richter current Dawn of ashes member, former A Skylit Drive and Motionless in White member
